REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy for Anvil & Moor

At Anvil & Moor, we take great pride in our handcrafted blacksmith products and aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you have concerns about your order, we are here to assist you.

 

Standard Products

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in unused, original condition and returned in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.

 

Bespoke & Custom Orders

Due to the nature of custom commissions, the following applies:

  • Non-Refundable: Custom-made items are crafted specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

  • Order Modifications: Once production has started, changes may not be possible. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

  • Faulty Custom Orders: If a bespoke item is defective upon arrival, we will assess the issue and either repair or replace it.

 

Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

  • Bespoke Orders: Cancellations may only be accepted within 48 hours of placing the order, as work may have already commenced. Refunds for bespoke items will be subject to material and labour costs incurred.

 

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • They may be used for any of our products, including custom commissions.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you believe a refund is warranted due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
